HANDICAP RECORDS
The primary record of handicaps is held on a computer, displayed on
the terminal in the entrance lobby and Club website. This is a “real
time” record of current handicaps of all members and should be used in
preference to the list posted on the notice board in the locker room as
these are updated only after HQE competitions.
VISITORS
Persons residing within a radius of 60 miles of the Clubhouse may be
introduced as a visitor on three days only in any one calendar year
(except for a member’s child or grandchild under the age of 18 playing
with a playing member) either to play golf or for social purposes. All
visitors must register in the Professional’s shop or in the Clubhouse
Office on arrival and pay the visitors’ fee.
Members may introduce three visitors only, at any one time, for a round
of golf and must ensure that the appropriate fee is paid, and visitors’ book
signed before play commences. Visitors introduced by a playing member
and paying the reduced fee must be accompanied by that member for the
duration of play.
The current daily fees for visitors are as follows: Playing with a member.
Members Guest - £30.00
Playing without a member - £120.00
Junior ‘A’ Members may introduce up to 3 visitors only at any one time.
Such visitors must produce a handicap index certificate (18.9 or less) and
will pay £25.00 each.
